What’s an EMOM Workout? EMOM stands for “Every Minute On The Minute.” which is a type of interval training that at the top of every minute, you start a new exercise for a certain amount of reps or time and once you complete it, the remainder of the minute is your rest time.
FOR EXAMPLE:
MINUTE 1: Jumping Squats: 10 reps (If this took you 30 seconds, you would have 30 seconds of rest before the next minute)
OR
MINUTE 1: Jump Rope: 40 seconds (You would have 20 seconds of rest before the next minute)

- A set of Dumbbells
- Jump Rope
- Medicine Ball
