Want something quick and easy but delicious then try this. Either as a snack or a meal.
Mix together:
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp coconut aminios
Lemon juice
Then mix this into 1 can White Albacore Tuna
1/2 Avocado
2 sliced whole grain bread toasted
Couple grape tomatoes cut in half
topped with pink salt and pepper
